June 3, 2020 GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. ā Grand Rapids Community College Workforce Training is launching a series of six webinars intended to help people adjust to changes in the workplace as the local economy recovers from the COVID-19 crisis.
The noncredit sessions cost $25 each.

- āLeading in Turbulent Times. What Exactly Do Leaders Do?ā from noon to 1 p.m. June 11.
- āEmotional Agility. How Do We Become Our Best Selves in This Time of Crisis?ā from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. June 15.
- āManaging People Through Change. Why People Respond Differentlyā from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. June 23.
- āVirtual Presence for Sales. How Do We Adjust to this New Normal?ā from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. June 16, 18 or 25.
- āLeading with Purpose. How Do We Focus on the Vision During a Global Pandemic?ā from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. June 30.
- āElements of Trust. How Can You Enhance Trust in the Post-Pandemic Workspace?ā from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. July 15.

The webinars are part of an extended effort to help West Michigan business people learn and understand how prepare to re-enter the workplace.
GRCC Workforce training also has 10 free online classes available through June 30, in topics including creating webpages, steps to a successful job search, and managing customer service.
