Application Process

Applications for the Summer 2027 will go "live" on Aug. 1.

Students wanting additional details on how to participate on a study away experience, they must schedule and attend a brief virtual Information Session designed to orient you to your desired travel experience. Upon successful completion of the Information Session, an application will be emailed to you. Once accepted, students will make multiple payments spread over several months, secure a passport, purchase any suggested travel gear, and physically prepare yourself for the physical nature of the travel experience. Students are required to be responsible for checking and responding to emails so they do not miss any important information.

Students are encouraged to meet with a Financial Aid representative in the Financial Aid and Scholarships Office to learn how to use financial aid and scholarships to help pay for study away.
