Body-Doubling Study Sessions
Struggling to get started on homework? Bring your books, laptop, or study materials and work alongside others in a low-pressure, drop-in space designed to help you focus.
Body-doubling is a productivity strategy where you work on a task in the presence of others ā the other person (or people) act as an anchor that helps reduce distractions, increase motivation, and provide gentle accountability. It's one of the most talked-about strategies in the neurodivergent community for getting unstuck, especially for those with ADHD or executive function challenges.
When: Tuesdays, 1:30 PM
Where: Raider Grille ā Room 205
Cost: Free!
