Youth Development Conference
This day-long event brings together hundreds of high school and community college students from across West Michigan for a keynote speaker, college and career fair, and hands-on workshops, all designed to help young people envision and pursue their futures. While the conference centers and celebrates Latino experiences and stories, it is open to students of all backgrounds.
For many students who are looking for mentorship, their next steps after graduation, or the chance to connect with prospective employers, this event provides essential exposure to help them grow academically and professionally.
We are eager to ensure this opportunity reaches as many interested students on your campus as possible. As you know your community best, we would welcome your advice on the most effective way to promote this event, whether through flyers, email announcements, or other channels you recommend. We are happy to provide any materials or support to make sharing the information easy for you.
This year’s conference features a keynote by award-winning entrepreneur Jacqueline Ruiz, along with career-building workshops and networking opportunities. You can learn more and access the registration link here: [Link]
