This student has provided Disability Support Services with documentation which qualifies the student for testing accommodations through our office. If you have any questions regarding this test, please contact Disability Testing Coordinator at 234-3597 or Disability Support Services at 234-4140 if you cannot reach the DSS Testing Center. The student is required to show you a copy of their Accommodations Agreement. Please be advised that we require tests to be delivered 24 business hours before students scheduled testing appointment. If the test hasn't been received by the student’s scheduled testing time, the student will be given 3 business days to makeup the test.
