This hands-on session introduces faculty to the technical steps of creating and using rubrics in Canva. Participants will learn how to build a rubric from scratch, customize rating levels, add criteria, and attach rubrics to assignments and discussions. We’ll also touch briefly on how clear rubric structure can support consistent grading and help students understand expectations. By the end of the session, faculty will be able to confidently set up and apply rubrics within their Canvas courses.
