PD/DHs play a key role in championing departmental opportunities and growth which includes building relationships within your department, across the college, and throughout the community. This session will focus on your role in the Faculty Performance Evaluation (FPE) process and supporting colleagues through their tenure and promotion portfolios. Discussion will also include strategies for effectively supervising the departmental support staff, and partnering with Human Resources and Marketing & Communications.
