Woodrick Center Student Needs Assistance Intake Form

Please complete the following form to request assistance from the Woodrick Center (WCIMA).

We understand that financial challenges can affect your ability to focus on your education, well-being and livelihood. WCIMA would like to be an additional GRCC resource during your time of need.

We are here to help connect you with GRCC and community resources that may offer support.

Please review the following before completing the form:

  • Complete the entire form to ensure we have the necessary information to assess your request.
  • A member of the WCIMA team will review your submission and may follow up with you for additional details or clarification.
  • Participant in our Rise Up & Achieve Student Engagement Program (ALAS, B2B, NIA, Pride & Power, Next Chapter, Sacred Circle).
  • Enrolled GRCC Student

Graduating Students

Effective Summer 2026, Students who are graduating at the end of the Winter 2026 semester, completed Rise Up Cohort and are not taking summer classes are no longer eligible.  

Non-Graduating Students 

Non-graduating students may work during the summer semester if they meet one of the following:

  • Completed at least 6 credits in the previous winter semester
  • Enrolled in at least 6 credits for the upcoming fall semester.
  • Enrolled in at least 3 credits for the summer semester.

Do you certify that the information you have provided is complete and accurate to the best of your knowledge?
As a condition of receipt of the Basic Needs Assistance Fund, do you agree to supply GRCC with documentation of need, if requested, prior to payment?
Do you understand that funds cannot be awarded if you are already receiving the maximum allowable amount of federal aid.
The team will review your account to determine this.
