We're Here to Help!
We provide free tutoring support for students taking Computer Information System classes. The space offers a wide range of software on GRCC desktop and Mac computers and the use of personal computers. This is an active learning center that provides academic support from both professional and peer tutors.
Courses we assist with Microsoft Office, programming and web design classes. For assistance with the technologies used as a student at GRCC, we have helpful videos and instruction on the Technology Resources page.
Please refer to the CIS Tutoring and Learning Center in Canvas for information regarding when someone is available to assist you with your specific class.

- This lab offers drop-in and appointment-based tutoring for Computer Information System classes.
- We also offer drop-in tutoring for GRCC students who need assistance with GRCC Technologies, Canvas and Microsoft Office.

Tutoring services are available in a variety of delivery formats. We encourage you to connect with a subject-specific tutorial lab for support. Access to Canvas resources, including Zoom meeting rooms, are provided by each subject-specific tutorial lab.

How to Connect with Online Tutoring
- Log into MyGRCC and select Canvas.
- Click on Courses → All Courses in the Canvas navigation menu and selecting the appropriate Tutoring and Learning Center.
- Read the information on the course homepage to learn about expectations and how to access online tutoring.
- Click the link provided and enter the password which is also provided.
