- Liability Waiver: Attached is our liability waiver. Each participant must sign it, and if the participant is under 18, it must also be signed by a parent or guardian. Please bring the signed waivers with you on the day of the project.

Parking and Check-In: When you arrive, please park in the front lot. Upon entry, our front desk staff will collect the waivers and have your lead provide the total number of volunteers attending.
Volunteering Process and Guidelines: We will greet your group in the lobby and escort you to the reclamation area, where the project will take place.
Food Safety Guidelines: As we work with open food for public distribution, strict adherence to food safety rules is required:

- All hair must be securely covered. Hairnets are provided, or you may wear a personal ballcap (we do not provide ballcaps).
- No food, drinks, gum, mints, toothpicks, or similar items are allowed in the food safety area.
- Cell phone use is not permitted within the Reclamation space. Please leave phones, jewelry, and personal belongings in your vehicle or at home.
- Footwear Policy: Closed-toe, closed-heel shoes are required (e.g., sneakers or boots). Sandals, Crocs, slides, UGGs and flip-flops are not permitted.

Group Photos: Feel free to wear branded attire for photos during the project.
