Get Connected at Involvement Day!

The Center for Student Life & Leadership offers you Involvement Day, one of many events during Welcome Week, to meet student organizations and clubs, to learn about ways to stay busy outside of the classroom and do more of what you love! Join us on Monday, August 31 from 11am to 2pm in the Juan Olivarez Student Plaza.

Benefits of Involvement

- Eases the transition to college.
- Helps you meet other students and make friends with those who have similar interests.
- Involved students feel more connected to the college campus and are more familiar with the resources the college provides.
- Involved students report higher levels of satisfaction with their college experience.
- Involved students are more likely to graduate.
- Being involved encourages and advances your development intellectually, culturally, spiritually, and socially.
- Your involvement will gain you knowledge, skills and experience in leadership, communication, problem-solving, group work and management, budgeting, presentation and public speaking, and much more!

From Monday, August 31, 2026 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM EDT at Juan Olivarez Plaza.
