Hannah Stout serves as the Bridges to College Program Coordinator for the Lakeshore Campus at Grand Rapids Community College. In this role, she leads the coordination and implementation of the Bridges to College program, supporting students as they transition into college and build a strong foundation for academic success.
Hannah oversees program coordination and day-to-day operations for the Lakeshore cohort—working closely with faculty, staff, and community partners to deliver a structured, engaging, and supportive student experience. She manages program logistics, stakeholder communication, and student onboarding while helping students build confidence, develop a sense of belonging, and successfully navigate the start of their college journey.
As a proud first-generation college student, Hannah began her academic journey at Muskegon Community College before transferring to Central Michigan University, where she earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees. She brings this lived experience into her work, helping students see what is possible and supporting them every step of the way.
In addition to her role as Program Coordinator, Hannah serves as an adjunct English instructor at GRCC and is passionate about creating community both in and out of the classroom.
