Josh Ike helps both students and alumni as a Call Center Navigator for GRCC, and started as a student here in 2013. He earned the Network Administration degree from GRCC and also started working for their IT support Help Desk both in 2015, first as a student employee and then later as contingency. He became part of the Enrollment Call Center in 2017 and worked for the Call Center in a contingency position until becoming full time in 2022. He also completed a Bachelor's degree from Ferris State University in 2019 after transferring into one of their 3+1 partnership programs with GRCC starting in 2015.
Josh enjoys helping others navigate their way on their own GRCC journey, and his personal experience and knowledge regarding GRCC provides a great resource for those attempting to achieve their own goals at our college!
