Scott Garrard

Professor Garrard earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of West Georgia and a Master of Fine Arts from Clemson University, receiving prestigious awards from both institutions. His artistic practice has included functional ceramics, figurative sculpture, large-scale thrown vessels, installation, and public art. His work has been exhibited in galleries and museums across the United States. Currently, Scott is exploring his interest in ceramic forms constructed from alternative materials beyond clay.
