Shawn has worked for Grand Rapids Community College in the Information Technology department as a student employee and contingent employee before moving into a Full-Time role at the in the IT Customer Support Department. Shawn's other technology experience includes working for Godwin Heights Public Schools and PrepNet Schools, where he served as a Technology Support Specialist and Computer Technician Intern. Additionally, He brings many years of experience from retail, where he worked in various roles including customer service, management, and retail security. Shawn graduated from GRCC in 2018, studying Network Administration, Shawn is currently finishing his bachelor's in Cyber Defense at Davenport University.
