I have worked for GRCC in the Information Technology department as a student employee and contingent employee before moving into a Full Time role at the Support Desk. My other technology experience comes from Godwin Heights Public Schools and PrepNet Schools, where I have served as a Technology Support Specialist and Computer Technician Intern. I also bring many years of experience from retail, I have worked in various roles including customer service, management, and retail security. I graduated from GRCC in 2018, studying Network Administration, I am currently finishing my bachelors in Cyber Defense at Davenport University.
