The U.S. Department of Education has defined Title IX to include sexual harassment that meets a specific definition, as well as sexual assault, stalking, and domestic and dating violence.
GRCC also responds to other forms of sexual misconduct or sexual harassment that do not meet the definition of Title IX or fit within the jurisdictional requirements of GRCC's Title IX policy.
