Your Leave of Absence request was successfully submitted.  You should receive a confirmation email in a matter of minutes.  The confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided on the Leave of Absence.  You will also receive an approval confirmation once your Leave of Absence has received all the necessary approvals.  In the case that the LOA is denied, you will receive a denial email with the reason it was denied.  Time varies on how long it will take to receive these email confirmations.  It depends on the number of approvals needed for your Leave of Absence and the time it takes for the approvers to review, approve, or deny your Leave of Absence.

If you would like to view your Leave of Absence or other Leave of Absences you have submitted in the past, you can access them at any time on campus via eDocs at www.grcc.edu/MyImageNowDocs or at eDocs.grcc.edu.  You must authenticate into WebNow using your GRCC Network UserId and Password to view your Leave of Absences.
