Students are encouraged to choose an Academic Pathway Concentration Degree to explore their interests, and related careers, while working towards a degree which will prepare them for a career or to transfer to the four-year college or university of their choice.
The General Studies Associate Degree allows you the opportunity to take a variety of general education classes and explore a vast array of electives to round out the required 60 credits.
This degree is NOT meant to be used as a transfer degree if you plan to attend a four-year college or university after you graduate from GRCC. Also, this degree does NOT meet the requirements for the Michigan Transfer Agreement (MTA).
