Metallica is Back!Â
GRCC is proud to again partner with Metallica’s foundation, All Within My Hands, to offer the Metallica Scholars Welding Bootcamp. This is the five year that Grand Rapids Community College (GRCC) has been invited to return to help students gain in-demand welding skills. This welding bootcamp is designed to burn metal fast!
We anticipate the next session will be in the early winter 2024. If you are interested in becoming a Metallica Welding Scholar, please sign up so that we can contact you when the next bootcamp is open for enrollment.
There is an informal interview process required for enrollment.Â
Training cost
If you qualify for this program, the cost to the you is only $50!
A portion of the training program cost is covered through a grant from All Within My Hands Foundation/Metallica.
