  • Flexible class scheduling.
  • The potential to bypass courses by passing challenge exams.
  • The option to choose a certificate before completing their degree.
  • Work experience through co-op courses.

Career outlook

We prepare learners to pursue careers in the manufacturing and service industries and to increase the knowledge of manufacturing professionals and technical staff who wish to contribute to enhancing industrial competition.

Our graduates find a variety of employment opportunities in the areas of weld tech, facilities layout, process development, product development, quality control, technical sales and warehousing. Graduates are eligible for articulation into a variety of baccalaureate degree programs.

Testimonial

Randall Dragstra
I have had a great experience while at GRCC, especially with the hands-on learning that I get to do. I also love the opportunity to meet other students and make friends along the way.
