The Health Sciences Resource and Tutorial Center is open for In-Person services,
Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
Study Hall (no tutoring): Monday through Thursday, 3 p.m.-5 p.m.
Tutoring
Tutoring services will be provided by appointment in-person or in a virtual delivery format. The main tutoring offices can be reached at (616) 234-4145 to assist with scheduling, to make an appointment, or receive assistance. We also encourage you to connect with any other subject-specific tutorial center for virtual or in-person support. Access to Blackboard resources, including Zoom rooms, are provided by each subject-specific tutorial center.
How to Find Tutoring
- Login to Blackboard.
- Scroll down to “My Organizations” at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
- Click on Health Sciences Resource and Tutorial Center.
- Email the Tutorial Coordinator to schedule an appointment time.

Hours will vary during Holidays and Finals Week. The Health Sciences Center is closed weekends. Please see Blackboard for updates.

About Us
The Health Sciences Resource and Tutorial Center is a tutorial center for students studying all nursing, radiology, occupational therapy and dental courses offered at GRCC, as well as students in Workforce Training health programming.
Students may seek tutorial assistance for coursework in these programs. This is an active learning center supporting course study groups and student tutoring, both in an online or virtual format, as well as a limited in-person format. Tutoring services are offered by appointment. The main tutoring offices can be reached at (616) 234-4145 to assist with scheduling.
