This student has provided Disability Support Services with documentation that qualifies the student for testing accommodations through our office. The student is required to show you a copy of their Accommodations Agreement. If you have any questions regarding this test, please contact our Disability Testing Coordinator at (616) 234-3597 or Disability Support Services at (616) 234-4140 if you cannot reach the DSS Testing Center.
Please be advised that we require final exams to be delivered at least 72 business hours before students scheduled testing appointment. If the test has not been received at least 4 hours prior to the student’s scheduled testing time, they will be given the option of making the test up on 12/13/19.
