Dishwasher - Bakeshop/Heritage/Foodology

3 shifts available Monday - Thursday: 8am-1pm, 9:30am-2:30pm & 4:30pm-9:30pm (Must be available at least 15 hrs/wk for a specific shift. Will work around class schedule to a degree)
• Washing of all dishware, utensils, trays, pots and pans
• Return all cleaned equipment to its proper and designated storage space
• Clean and maintain dish machine and pot sinks to acceptable health standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Assist in the general kitchen sanitation
• Must be fully qualified to perform the above duties
• Must be able to work at least 15 hours per week, based on schedule listed below.
• Must maintain a satisfactory level of personal hygiene throughout scheduled work shift
• Must be able to work with all employees, customers and students in a congenial and safe manner, demonstrating an ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Must be willing to perform duties outside normal classification in emergency situations, at the supervisor's request
• Must maintain good attendance
• Must be able to work with little supervision on occasion.
Additional Information:
Due to close proximity to hot water and chemicals, non-slip, closed-toe shoes and fully covered legs are mandatory. Shirts, hats, and aprons are provided. Locker rooms are available for changing, and a locker will be provided for personal items.
