Whether youāre taking students off campus for an hour traveling to a nearby location or coordinating an extended weekend experience in another state, this one-hour training will provide practical guidance for effectively planning and coordinating class and field trips. Participants will learn about relevant College policies and procedures, the Leave of Absence (LOA) submission and approval process, travel coordinator responsibilities, student risk-management requirements, and other key considerations for creating safe, well-planned, and meaningful student travel experiences.
