Rest Assured is an informal, collaborative work session designed for faculty in years 2–4 who would like dedicated time and space to work on portfolio materials alongside colleagues.
Participants are encouraged to bring drafts, ideas, questions, narrative statements, organizational materials, or portfolio artifacts to review and discuss with peers in a supportive environment. This session is intended to foster reflection, collaboration, accountability, and collegial conversation surrounding the portfolio process.
This is not an official portfolio advising or evaluation session. The facilitator will not direct faculty on what they should include in their portfolios, determine whether materials “count,” or provide evaluative guidance regarding tenure or promotion decisions.
