GRCC is governed by the board of trustees, which consists of seven members elected at large in biennial elections. The president of the college serves as an ex officio member of the board. The trustees serve without compensation for overlapping terms of six years. Trustees operate under the policy governance model. The board meets once a month in a public session.

The GRCC Board of Trustees will hold a Community Conversation on Thursday, April 11th from 5:45 - 7:00 pm at the Center for Community Transformation.
April 17th at 1:30 pm the Trustees will meet for a work session on the 5th Floor of Raleigh J. Finkelstein Hall in the board conference room.
