Dr. Kathryn Rogalski

Dr. Kathryn Rogalski is a student-centered community college leader with more than 25 years of experience serving learners at both comprehensive community and technical colleges. Her career is grounded in a deep belief in the community college mission and in the power of accessible, high-quality education to transform lives, strengthen families, and support thriving communities.

Kathryn has served students directly as both a faculty member and an academic advisor, experiences that continue to shape her authentic, student-first leadership approach. She currently serves as the Vice President for Academic Affairs and Workforce Development at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, advancing work that improves transfer pathways, expands early college opportunities, builds responsive credit and noncredit programs, and strengthens partnerships with employers, K-12 districts, and four-year universities. She is committed to equity, access, and inclusion and consistently works to remove barriers so that students from all backgrounds can reach their academic and career goals.

Kathryn brings extensive experience guiding organizational transformation with a deliberate focus on equitable access and student success. Her work includes developing educational pathways, redesigning systems and organizational structures to support learning, and implementing collegewide initiatives to ensure all students have the support they need to thrive. She collaborates closely with faculty and staff to elevate teaching and learning, strengthen student-centered systems, and build environments where every learner feels welcomed, valued, and empowered. Additionally, she prioritizes creating strong relationships with industry and community partners to increase community vibrancy and expand postsecondary student success. 

Her leadership experience spans institutions recognized nationally for excellence, giving her a deep understanding of what it takes to sustain high performance, innovation, and continuous improvement within complex educational organizations. Kathryn is committed to working in partnership with faculty, staff, employers, and community leaders to expand opportunity, strengthen outcomes, and support strong educational and economic futures for students and the communities they serve.
