Introducing the GRCC Campus Activities Board's new leaders

The Campus Activities Board plans campus events and works to find ways for all students to get involved at Grand Rapids Community College.

Let’s meet the 2020-2021 officers:

  • Aracely Marroquin will serve as president. A first-generation student, Marroquin is majoring in molecular and cellular biomedical science. She is also a part of TRIO and the Biomed Club. An alumna of GRCC’s Honors program, she received the Brian Kloet Campus Involvement Award this past spring. Plus, she rode the Zamboni as the GRCC Student of the Month with the Grand Rapids Griffins.
  • Kaitlyn Redies will serve as vice president of communications. She is a Computer Information Systems major and likes to bake, design and practice yoga.
  • Paige Bodine will be the vice president of recruitment and retention. In her free time, she likes to hang out with friends, spend time outdoors, and watch “Star Wars.”
  • Sherry Sokolowski will serve as vice president of special events. She plans to go into the medical field or business. She enjoys music, tennis, being outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.

You’ll find the Campus Activities Board office on the Student Center's first floor.
