Conferencing and Events

We require one or a combination of the following documents, as applicable, upon space rental:

  • Written use agreement.
  • Verification of not-for-profit status.
  • Insurance documents as event requires.

*Certificates of insurance are required for events with 50 people or more and/or which involve activity or equipment.

Additional Costs

  • In addition to rental, service fees will be included for activities necessary to provide for event.

  • Additional Facility, Campus Police, Conference Services and AV/IT Support costs will be charged when required for events and/or times outside of normal business operations.

  • Food Services and Catering costs – Negotiated and direct bill with service provider
  • Additional AV/Media expenses – Negotiated and direct bill with service provider
