- Written use agreement.
- Verification of not-for-profit status.
- Insurance documents as event requires.

*Certificates of insurance are required for events with 50 people or more and/or which involve activity or equipment.
Additional Costs
- In addition to rental, service fees will be included for activities necessary to provide for event.
- Fees listed Event Service Fees table.
- Additional Facility, Campus Police, Conference Services and AV/IT Support costs will be charged when required for events and/or times outside of normal business operations.
