Newly Hired Full-Time Employee Benefit Enrollment
As a new employee, you have 31 days from your date of hire to enroll in benefits. Your coverage will be effective the first day of the month following the date of hire.
Enroll online within 31 days
You're required to complete the online benefits enrollment in the PlanSource system within the first 31 days in your benefits-eligible position, even if you choose to waive health coverage.
Once you have been assigned your GRCC email, you will receive two emails from Human Resources and from PlanSource with your login information.
What happens if I miss my enrollment period?
You will not be able to make changes to your benefits once your enrollment period has closed, unless you have a qualifying life event or enroll during GRCC's annual Open Enrollment period that starts mid-October to early November.
