Equipment Type (choose one or more)
Check-Out equipment is available on a first come – first served basis. You will receive an email confirmation indicating the availability of the equipment you have requested. Once your request is approved, we will hold the equipment for 24 hours from the pick-up date requested. Unless noted otherwise, equipment may be checked out for a maximum of one semester.
