Up to 28 hrs/wk (Mon: 9am-5pm, Tue - Wed: 9am-7pm, Thurs: 9am-5pm, Fri: 9am-4pm)

The Student Proctor supports the daily operations of the Academic Testing Center by performing various administrative and customer service tasks. Primary responsibilities include:
• Assisting with front-desk operations, including check-in, registration, answering phones, and distributing testing materials.
• Managing pre- and post-testing tasks, such as setting up sign-in sheets, preparing materials, and organizing testing supplies.
• Scanning, emailing, and mailing test documents as needed.
• Printing and organizing mailing labels.
• Proctoring and administering exams for GRCC students and external college students.
• Ensuring a secure and organized testing environment.
• Communicating test-related information clearly to students and staff.
• Maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism.
• Reporting any testing irregularities or issues to the Lead Testing Proctor or Weekend/Evening Testing Proctor.
• Performing additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
