Schedule Your On-Campus Testing Appointment

This registration process applied to the following exam types:

• Challenge Exams
• CLEP
• HESI
• Proctored Testing Services
• Placement Testing (walk-in testing available)

Schedule a testing appointment:

1. Select your test from the group.
2. Choose your exam.
3. Select an exam date and time.
4. Enter your personal information.
5. Acknowledge exam guidelines.
6. If requested, provide additional information.
7. Click on Add to Cart, review appointment date and time, select Complete Registration to confirm your test.
8. You will receive a confirmation email with details regarding your testing appointment.

Academic Testing Services

Our mission is to provide reliable test administration and high quality customer service in a secure environment that facilitates academic success. We adhere to the National College Testing Association Professional Standards and Guidelines and strive to provide services that will advance the mission of Grand Rapids Community College.

We provide testing services for Grand Rapids Community College students and the community at large. We offer a variety of tests from College Level Education Program (CLEP) and Challenge exams for college credit, to professional certification exams for the business community. We also offer Online and special proctored exams for students from other colleges.

Students will need to present a picture ID for all tests.

Please be aware that we have limited space available to store items while you’re testing. If possible, bring only your picture ID with you when you arrive to take your test. You will not be allowed to take anything; backpack, purse, hat, cell phone or other electronics into the testing center.**

Testing Center Hours

Fall 2025 Semester 

Aug 25 to Dec 12

• Monday: 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
• Tuesday: 9 a.m.-7 p.m.
• Wednesday: 9 a.m.-7 p.m.
• Thursday: 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
• Friday: 9 a.m.-4 p.m.

Saturday testing will be available on the following dates: 9/13, 10/4, 10/25, 11/15, 12/6

• Saturday: 9 a.m.-1 p.m.

Convenient access to the Testing Center is available through the Student Center entry doors. labeled 13A and 13B,  on the corner of Lyon St and Ransom St.
