This form allows Campus Security Authorities (CSAs) to report Clery-reportable crimes occurring on Clery geography. Information collected will be used for Clery statistical reporting. Each report will be evaluated to determine if a Timely Warning or Emergency Notification should be issued to the campus community.
Important: This form is NOT for reporting emergencies, dangerous situations, or hazards. Submitting a CSA Report will NOT initiate a police investigation or generate an official police report/case number. To file a police report, call GRCC Police at (616) 234-4910.
