This form allows Campus Security Authorities (CSAs) to report crimes occurring on Clery geography. Information collected will be used for Clery statistical reporting and inclusion on the Daily Crime Log. Each report will be evaluated to determine if a Timely Warning, Emergency Notification or Publis Safety Advisory should be issued to the campus community.
Please note: This form is not for reporting emergencies, dangerous situations, or hazards. Submitting a CSA Report will NOT initiate a police investigation or generate an official police report/case number. To file a police report, call GRCC Police at (616) 234-4910.
