Policy Title: President's Job Description

The Chief Executive Officer of the College, who shall be known as the President, shall be appointed by the Board of Trustees and shall serve as the Board’s single official link to the operating organization.

1. The President shall be directly responsible to the Board of Trustees for organizational accomplishments of the Board’s Ends Policies.

2. The President shall be responsible for the operations of the College within the boundaries of prudence and ethics established in the Board’s Executive Limitations Policies.

3. The President shall not fail to take prompt and appropriate action when the President becomes aware of any violation of State or Federal laws, rules, or regulations or of Board policies.
