Web and Digital Strategy oversees a network of dozens of indoor digital signs that play digital posters in order to educate and engage the GRCC community.

In addition, the Lakeshore Campus and the Tassell MTEC each have a digital sign in their entryways.
How to Request a Digital Poster
- Submit a request. (Specify that the request is for a digital poster.)
- Graphics will contact you soon.
- Graphics will send the finished product to Web and Digital, and we will schedule it on the screens.
We may already have a digital poster in the works if you are already working with Communications on a related project or have added the event to RaiderConnect. Email webhelp@grcc.edu to check.
Digital Poster Practices
- Marketing and Communications must review and approve each request request before it is published.
- Events are only promoted to digital signs if they are student- and/or community-facing.
- Events are given priority.
