Building your forms on grcc.edu can greatly improve users’ experience of GRCC and make the work of processing form submissions far simpler.

Webforms on grcc.edu can:

  • Hide some questions unless specific options are selected (conditional logic).
  • Automatically email a form submitter based on their form selections.
  • Automatically email staff/faculty members with each submission.
  • Review or download all submissions while logged in as an editor to grcc.edu

Please include the links to any webpages you feel should link to this form.
Webform Sections
Please list each field on a new line. We recommend collecting email addresses instead of ID numbers whenever possible. If you'd prefer, you can create a prototype of the form in Google Forms and provide the link.
Post-Submission
Would you like the webform submitter to receive an email?
Please include the email subject and body.
Would you like to receive an email with each new submission?

We recommend that departments maintain a Google Group that can receive form submissions and automatically forward them to group members. 

This way, when people change roles or go on extended leave, the department only needs to add new members to that group to ensure the webform submissions continue to be received.
