Graduate with a Pre-Philosophy Degree from GRCC and transfer as a junior to the four-year college or university of your choice as a junior to complete a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy.
Philosophy bachelor's degree graduates pursue careers and graduate education in:
- Law.
- Journalism.
- Political science.
- Medicine.
- Business.
The study of philosophy is divided into three subfields: metaphysics (nature of reality), epistemology (nature of knowledge), and ethics (nature of morality and justice). In the philosophy pre-major at GRCC you will study the nature of reality, the ways people can understand and explain the world around them and within them, and theories of morality, justice and good society.
