View our catalog, register for a SCECH approved offering, complete your course and submit your completion form to GRCC
- Catalog: All of GRCC’s SCECH approved offerings are listed on the Michigan Online Educator Certification System (also referred to as ‘MOECS’)
- (Click on ‘SCECH Catalog’ > select ‘Grand Rapids Community College’ > click the ‘Search’ button)
- Registration: Registration methods vary for different offerings. Please follow the registration instructions provided in the course’s description the MOECs catalog
- Complete your course: Completion requirements vary for different offerings– please follow the instructions provided in the MOECs catalog
- Submit your SCECH form to GRCC: Within thirty days of completing your offering, submit the appropriate SCECH Completion form to GRCC. Upon completion verification, GRCC will enter your SCECHs into MOECS. MOECS will email you a survey which must be completed to finalize the process of awarding your SCECHs.
