The Culture and Climate Committee serves as the liaison between the campus climate survey and the Executive Leadership Team. The committee is expected to enhance the GRCC experience and build a sense of belonging for all students, faculty and staff by fostering an inclusive, supportive and respectful environment grounded in trust, open communication and appreciation.
