Join Us! Here's How It Works:
Show up to any class, breathe, move your body and have fun! Classes are open to Faculty, Staff, Adjuncts, Contingency Employees, and Student Employees at no cost! It's a lot of fun!
You are always welcome to bring your spouse, child over 18 or friend(s) to these classes. Non-GRCC employees participating are asked to pay a small $40.00 fee per semester to unlimited access to all employee wellness classes. All are welcome!
Please complete the registration form which includes a waiver and a calendar appointment will be sent.
Fall 2022 Schedule: August 29-December 22
|Spinning||Get a great workout on the bike! This low impact class provides upbeat music, intensity and fun to motivate riders to cross the finish line. Instructors demonstrate proper bike setup and adjustments for a safe ride. Open to all levels.
