GRCC'S Process for Student Refunds
Grand Rapids Community College delivers your refund with BankMobile Disbursements, a technology solution, powered by BMTX, Inc. This includes financial aid refunds, bookstore returns, RaiderCard refunds, overpayments or dropped class refunds. For more information, visit the BankMobile Disbursements Refund Choices webpage.
BankMobile will email you a code to set up your refund preference through their website. Please follow the instructions provided in the email. You will have the choice to either have your refunds sent via electronic deposit to your bank account or if you don't have a bank account, to set up the Vibe account (checking) through BankMobile. If you do not select a preference, BankMobile will mail a check to your current address on file with GRCC. Therefore, it is critical that you verify your mailing address as soon as possible through your Online Center.
NOTE: Do not update your address using the General Information menu if you are a GRCC staff employee or a student worker. Student Workers should request this change from the Student Employment Office. GRCC Staff must contact Human Resources.
