Deploying AI Agents for Gmail Workflows
- Total Training Hours: 1 hour
- Dates and Times: Wednesday, June 17, 2026, noon-1 p.m.
- Location: AI Incubator (CSC 133) or Zoom
- Description: This hybrid, one-hour session introduces GRCC faculty and staff to practical ways of using Gemini and Google Workspace tools to support Gmail-based workflows. Participants will explore how AI agents can help draft, organize, and automate routine email communication, including check-ins, follow-ups, reminders, and response drafts. Through guided examples, participants will learn how to identify repetitive email tasks, design a simple Gmail workflow, and use Gemini to generate professional, supportive, and context-aware messages. The session will also highlight responsible use, including when automation is appropriate, when human review is needed, and how to protect sensitive information.
