Advising Feedback & Concerns
The OSP/PZ Advising team is committed to your success. We value your feedback and want to ensure that any concerns you have regarding your advising experience are addressed promptly and fairly.
How to Share a Concern:
- Request the Form: Send an email to occupationalsupport@grcc.edu to receive the Advising Concern Form.
- Submit Your Feedback: Once you receive the link, complete the form. Your feedback will be shared with the relevant staff to ensure we are constantly improving our services.
- Review Process: Your concern will be reviewed by Megan Downey-Gates (Program Director). If your concern involves Megan, Kaelee Steffens will address the matter to ensure a neutral review.
Advisor Changes: If you are asking for a change of advisor, a staff member who is not involved in your current concern will contact you to set up a time to talk. Please note that advisor changes are not guaranteed and are based on staff capacity.
