The Ford Fieldhouse hires student employees throughout the year as openings arise. Students employed at the Fieldhouse have the chance to obtain hands-on experience in event planning, athletic events, facility management, fitness equipment knowledge and much more. Opportunities that student employees will have a chance to assist in include but are not limited to the following:
- GRCC athletic events (basketball, volleyball, camps, clinics).
- Volleyball/softball tournaments for external groups.
- Large, campus-wide events (opening day, learning day, pinning ceremonies).
- Concession stand assistance.
