NEW!!! Summer 2026 Free Personal Training Services
Fitness Consultation (25–30 Minutes)
The Fitness Consultation is the first step for any student interested in personal training services. During this appointment, you will meet one-on-one with a trainer to discuss your health history, fitness experience, and personal goals. Basic movement and mobility assessments may be performed to help identify strengths and areas for improvement. At the conclusion of the consultation, your trainer will recommend the services that best fit your needs, whether that is independent exercise, a gym orientation, or ongoing personal training. A Fitness Consultation is required before enrolling in Personal Training services.
Personal Training (45–60 Minutes)
Personal Training provides individualized, one-on-one coaching designed to help you safely and effectively reach your fitness goals. Based on the information gathered during your Fitness Consultation, your trainer will develop a personalized exercise program tailored to your experience level, abilities, and objectives. Sessions may focus on strength training, weight management, general fitness, athletic performance, or improving confidence in the gym environment. Participants must complete a Fitness Consultation before participating in Personal Training.
This is a FREE offering for all current GRCC students/staff/faculty. To get started, sign up for your free fitness consultation with our National Certified Personal Trainer, Elizabeth Gil, please fill out the form below.
