Intramural (IM) Sport Offerings Winter Semester 2026

IM Open Play 

Soccer, Volleyball, Pickleball and Basketball

  • The turf and arena typically have no reservations during this time and are available for students to participate in open play sports. Ask the front desks for any equipment to checkout or setup. Must have valid student ID to play.
  • Location: Fieldhouse Arena for volleyball/basketball/pickleball, Recreation Center Turf (Level 2) for soccer
  • Time: Tuesday-Thursday 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

IM Leagues

IM 4v4 Mini Soccer

  • Location: Recreation Center Turf (Level 2)
  • Time:
    • Tuesday evenings 5-7 p.m.
    • Wednesday evenings 5-7 p.m.
  • Starting: The week of Feb. 9, 2026

IM 6v6 Volleyball

  • Location: Fieldhouse arena
  • Time:
    • Tuesday evenings 6:45-8:45 p.m.
    • Wednesday evenings 6:45-8:45 p.m.
  • Starting: The week of Feb. 9, 2026

IM Open Play Basketball

  • Location: Fieldhouse Arena
  • Time:
    • Tuesday evenings 6:45-8:45 p.m.

Things to Know

  • To participate in an IM league, please do one of the following:
  • You must have your RaiderCard to scan in. No guests are allowed.
  • Check-in will happen in front of the arena south entrance. Your first time coming you will also fill out a form online.
  • More details on the leagues, including where to check in will be included on the registration form.
  • Fieldhouse staff will set up courts and equipment.
  • Participants will form teams and play however you'd like.

The Raider Strength and Conditioning Center (RSCC) is found in the bottom level of the Ford Fieldhouse (FFH) arena area.

Mondays

  • Pilates 8-9 a.m. in the RSCC (Weight Room) by Nancy
  • Yoga 9-10 a.m. in FFH Room 212 by Nancy
  • Total Body Strength noon-1 p.m. in the RSCC (Weight Room) by Morgan

Tuesdays

  • Yoga 8-9 a.m. at FFH Room 212 by Nancy
  • Pilates 9-10 a.m. at FFH Room 212 by Nancy
  • HIIT 5-6 p.m. at RSCC (Weight Room) by Binti

Wednesdays

Color and Chill 

Feb. 24 at 10:30 a.m. in FFH, Room 213, join us for an arts and craft stress relief event, featuring free pizza!

Pedal and Pour

TBD day and time in the FFH arena, join us for "Pedal and Pour", get some good exercise and something to drink as you petal a bike to make a smoothie!
