Fitness Club purpose

The purpose of the Fitness Club is to create a community that shares a passion for fitness and overall well-being. Physical health is a major aspect of general health, and by being physically active, whether that be through running, weightlifting or playing gym games, overall health can be improved. Additionally, fitness tips and tricks will also be given by speakers, professors and/or coaches. The Fitness Club aims to assist those on their fitness journey by giving them the opportunity to meet other like-minded individuals, hosting group workouts and competitions, offering rental equipment, and encouraging progress in the physical realm.
