Notice: Closed
The Fountain Hill Brewery is closed for the semester. Please check our website for upcoming dates in the 2026-2027 academic year.
Refreshing, rich or robust? Experience the sometimes bold, sometimes subtle, but always surprisingly satisfying craft beers brewed by students in our craft brewing program.
Your craft beer can be paired with an appetizer from the chef-professors and students in our culinary arts degree program.
What better way to learn about these beers than by the students themselves! Just ask our craft brew certificate students and they’ll lead you through a guided tasting of the craft beer they brewed, and share their experiences in this program.
The Fountain Hill Brewery is run by students as a course, CRB 205 Taproom Management and Leadership, part of the Craft Brewing program.
