The Office of Institutional Equity (OIE) serves as GRCC's central resource for concerns involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, sexual misconduct, pregnancy-related rights, and equal opportunity.

Our team is available to:

  • Discuss concerns and answer questions
  • Explain reporting options and available College processes
  • Coordinate supportive measures
  • Connect individuals with campus and community resources
  • Provide information regarding rights and responsibilities under College policy

You do not need to file a formal complaint to speak with the Office of Institutional Equity.

Title IX Coordinator

The Director of Equal Opportunity Compliance and Title IX Coordinator oversees the College's response to reports and complaints involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and sexual misconduct and coordinates the College's compliance efforts under Title IX and related civil rights laws.

Deputy Coordinators
